Robemart needed a tool to personalize robes for business, home, and redesign the whole website. They wanted their users to add special elements, custom messages, or monograms to the products online.
On this project we at Netrix worked on the existing website redesign adding new features such as the personalisation tool to customize the robe. Also, we were working on Marketing materials including banners and socials.

Challenge - Future is about personalization
Having not just stock options but something that created only for you, something personal and special is really important, especially for luxury products. Adding personalization ability for website products and making it easy and simple for users were our main challenges.
We are talking not only about general personalization features such as showing individualized offers and recommendations based on personal data or previous actions, but about the ability to create a custom product.
Custom embroidery service allows adding a personalized, one-of-a-kind touch to your wholesale robes order. With a choice of embroidery, rhinestones, or vinyl printing, a monogrammed robe makes a thoughtful and intimate gift for bridal parties or other special occasions like birthdays or holidays.
Goal - New fresh look and easy-to-use experience
One of the main goals we defined together with the client was to highlight the quality of the products and give a brand feeling to the website, make it look modern and clean.
Another important goal was to improve user experience by making the process of product selection and checkout faster. We wanted to provide users with the detailed product information and let them customize the orders, keeping the interface clean and simple.
Solution - Product-centric design
We had 3 iterations of the product page and customization flow which were improved after the user testing. As a result, our new design highlights products and helps users focus on their orders without disruption.
We worked a lot on the general style and look to make it feel luxury. They are not general mass market robes. As one of the largest online emporiums of robes, sleepwear, towels, and more, Robemart is committed to sourcing the finest quality materials.
This is the one of the most crucial pages on e-commerce websites. It is important to provide the main details to users and put essential product information above the fold, but of course, without information overload. Think about the right level of product information for the people who already know what they want to buy, as well as for the people who need to know all the details about the product, specification, delivery and so on.
One more time about personalization
So, how does it work? You simply select the robe you like, choose the type of custom design element (Embroidery, Rhinestone, Vinyl) and its location. Then you type your custom message, select a font — and that’s it.
You can preview the result and make changes right away without switching between the screens or going back and forth.
